Delivery methods

The manufacturing company undertakes to process the order within 7 working days following receipt of payment for the order but will not be held responsible for any disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet network , and in any case not attributable to it, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the times established by the contract.
Delivery will be made to a valid address within the Italian territory indicated by the consumer (delivery address).
The Consumer is always responsible for verifying the delivery address indicated and communicating any errors or omissions without delay.
This Company reserves the right to charge the Consumer any additional costs due to changes made to the delivery address not promptly communicated.
The products will be shipped via GLS Express Courier, from Monday to Wednesday, to avoid the goods being stopped in the courier’s warehouses during the weekend and delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer, from Monday to Friday.
If the Consumer refuses to receive or is unable to receive delivery of the product in accordance with the provisions of these general conditions of sale, all risks associated with loss or damage to the products will still be borne by him.
Without prejudice to the mandatory rights recognized by the Applicable Law, the Consumer will not have the right to refuse the products, in whole or even partially, and will have to bear the payment in full even though the delivery has not taken place or is incomplete, unless immediate written communication of the complaint upon delivery of the goods; following this written communication, if the same is confirmed, the Consumer will be reimbursed for the missing or damaged part.
The risk connected to the loss or damage to the products will be borne by the Consumer upon delivery of the products themselves at the moment in which the products come into his possession.


In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 4 days of delivery by communicating his/her wishes via registered letter to the certified email address or by email to and returning the product intact, intact and in perfect condition. You must comply with all the necessary precautions aimed at preserving the product in your possession and store it at your expense in its original packaging complete with tax documentation, guaranteeing correct delivery.

In this case, the Consumer will be entitled to a shopping voucher of the same value to be spent on the website, without penalty, excluding shipping/collection costs which remain his responsibility.
In the event of faults or defects correctly and promptly reported, this Company undertakes to return the price of the product which turns out to be damaged or defective, following verification of the same by the Company itself, once it is returned to the address indicated above.
In any case, the carrier’s responsibilities for damage, damage or loss of the products, or part of them, during transport, from the moment in which they are received until delivery to the Consumer, remain unchanged.
The shopping/return voucher will be sent to the consumer within 14 days from the date on which the goods arrive intact and in perfect condition at the address indicated above.


As required by the art. 59, letter. d), of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the right of withdrawal must be considered excluded in relation to the supply of goods that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly.


The Consumer has the right to access the site for consultation and making purchases. No other use, especially commercial, of the site and its contents is permitted. The integrity of the elements of this site, whether audio or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of the Benedetti Luca company and are protected by intellectual property rights.
The company Medei Sabatino & c sas di Santomo Stornelli M. Teresa will not be responsible for any possible infringement of intellectual property rights, copyright, registered design, trademark or other rights of third parties, caused by the Consumer.
To this end, the Consumer will indemnify the Company from any liability, claims and costs that the Company will have to bear or incur as a consequence of any activity of the Consumer that causes a violation or alleged violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties.


The company Medei Sabatino & c sas of Santomo Stornelli M. Teresa guarantees the absolute quality of the products, made in compliance with all current health and hygiene regulations and the standards required by the European Union.


This Company assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the times set out in the contract.


The personal data provided by the Consumer at the time of purchase and/or registration on the site will be managed according to current privacy legislation (see PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY). The Consumer has the right to request cancellation of registration on the site (account cancellation) at any time and is aware that such cancellation involves the removal of all his data and all operations he has carried out on the site, transactions and order history included.


These General Conditions of Sale are made up of all the clauses that compose them. If one or more provisions of these General Conditions of Sale are considered invalid or declared as such pursuant to law, regulation or following a decision by a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effect.


All contracts concluded are intended to be concluded in Italy and are regulated by Italian laws regarding distance contracts and by Legislative Decree 9/4/2003, n. 70, in implementation of the European Directive on Electronic Commerce n. 2001/31/EC, together with any other applicable laws and regulations, the “Applicable Law”.


For the Consumer understood as the final Consumer, the Court of the Consumer’s place of residence and related mediation bodies are competent, as provided by the Applicable Law.
In the case of customers not falling within the “Consumers” category pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Court of Spoleto has exclusive jurisdiction.
